采用低温加热法,以云南昭通褐煤为研究对象,以温度、煤粉粒度为变量,研究其对褐煤干燥特性的影响。结果表明:随干燥温度的提高和煤粉粒径的减小,干燥速率增大,蒸发同样水分的时间缩短,结束干燥的时间提前;温度至少在100℃以上进行云南昭通褐煤的干燥较为适宜;根据实验数据分析计算,发现Hii等人的干燥模型最适合昭通褐煤的低温热干燥过程模拟。
Using low temperature heating method, taking Yunnan Zhaotong lignite as the research object, the effects of temperature and coal particle size on the drying characteristics of lignite were studied. The results showed that with the increase of drying temperature and pulverized coal particle size, the drying rate was increased, the evaporation time of the same water was shortened, and the drying time was advanced. The drying of Zhaotong lignite at least above 100 ℃ was more suitable. According to the experimental data analysis and calculation, it is found that Hii et al.’s drying model is most suitable for simulating the low temperature thermal drying process of Zhaotong lignite.
