本文以参加电脑机器人VEX项目2013级初一学生为例,阐述了运用运动心理学理论对学生进行心理调节能力培养的实践过程。从学生参加各级比赛实践与所获成绩证明心理调节能力在训练与比赛中的重要性与实用性。
Taking the first grader of 2013 VEX project of computer robot as an example, this paper expounds the practice process of using the theory of sports psychology to train the students’ psychological adjustment ability. The importance and practicability of psychological adjustment ability in training and competition are demonstrated from the students’ participation in competitions and achievements at all levels.
