我国政府采购电子化的基本设想是,借鉴国际惯例,按照政府采购电子化的一般规律,结合我国实际情况,建立政府采购改革与电子政府采购建设的互动机制,以点带面逐步推进。1、完善政府电子采购队伍;2、尽快完善相关法律法规;加快电子基础设施建设等对策。
