天津石化乙烯装置2004年以前一直以石脑油作为裂解原料。国内外科研与实践证明,芳烃指数(BMCI)值低于16的加氢尾油作为乙烯装置原料是合适的。决定对1号加氢裂化装置进行改造,以得到理想的裂解原料。在实验室中型模拟裂解评价试验装置上,对天津乙烯高压加氢裂化尾油模拟CBL-Ⅳ炉型裂解炉进行了的裂解性能评价。结合天津乙烯装置实际工况,确定了裂解原料、裂解炉类型、炉出口温度,以及压力、水油比、横跨温度、停留时间等工艺条件。针对生产装置优化运行和改善企业经营目标,主要从提高裂解炉出口温度和提高水油比两个方面进行分析研究,以观察石脑油与加氢裂化尾油作为裂解原料,对乙烯装置收率的影响变化。试验结果表明,该高压加氢裂化尾油是优质的裂解原料;提高进料的水油比可以提高裂解苛刻度,但要综合考虑处理量和能耗。

The test results show that the high-pressure hydrocracking tail oil is a good pyrolysis feedstock; increasing the water-oil ratio of the feed can improve the cracking severity, but considering the treatment capacity and energy consumption.
