目的研究自体-3000P型血液回收机临床应用中出现报警及问题的对策,确保设备应用安全可靠,确保手术患者安全。方法总结临床实践经验,结合文献和设备说明书进行总结,研究对策,观察应用对策后效果。结果经过临床51例患者的应用,出现7次报警及问题应用对策后全部及时解决。结论对策可确保自体-3000P型血液回收机应用安全可靠,确保手术患者供血安全,对于国内血源特别紧张的医院,对策对促进自体-3000P型血液回收机新技术的推广应用具有较好作用。
Objective To study the countermeasures of alarm and problems in the clinical application of self-3000P blood collection machine to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment application and ensure the safety of surgical patients. Methods Summarize the clinical experience, combined with literature and equipment manuals to summarize and study countermeasures to observe the effect of the application of countermeasures. Results After the clinical application of 51 patients, there are seven alarms and problems after all the timely application of countermeasures. Conclusion The countermeasures can ensure the safety of self-3000H blood collection machine and ensure the safety of blood supply for surgical patients.
