建立皮疹清颗粒质量标准。方法 :采用TLC鉴别其中野菊花、当归、牡丹皮、赤芍 ;采用高效液相色谱法 ,在Nu cleosil C18柱 (2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,10 μm)以上 ,以乙晴 - 1%醋酸 (2 6∶74)为流动相 ,流速 1.2ml·mim 1,灵敏度 0 .0 8AUFS ,检测波长 2 76nm ,测定黄芩苷的含量。结果 :TLC鉴别野菊花等药材方法简便 ,结果满意 ;高效液相测定结果表明黄芩苷在0 .15~ 0 .41μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (γ =0 .9994) ,其含量测定方法有较好的重现性和专属性。结论 :制定的质量标准可以保证皮疹清颗粒的质量。
Establish rash granule quality standards. METHODS: TLC was used to identify wild chrysanthemums, angelica, moutan, and red peony. HPLC was used on Nu cleosil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) and acetonitrile-1% acetic acid ( 2 6:74) mobile phase, flow rate 1.2 ml·mim 1, sensitivity 0.08 AUFS, detection wavelength 2 76 nm, determination of baicalin content. Results: The method of TLC identification of wild chrysanthemum and other herbs was simple and the results were satisfactory. The results of HPLC showed that the baicalin has good linearity in the range of 0.15-10.4 μg (γ =0.9994). Better reproducibility and specificity. Conclusion: The established quality standards can guarantee the quality of rash clear particles.
