以强力旋压的锡青铜连杆衬套为研究对象,设计正交试验,分析各参数对尺寸精度的影响。根据试验极差分析结果,选择强力旋压的旋轮圆角半径和进给比作为待优化参数,以旋压后筒形件的壁厚差和扩径量作为评价指标,基于遗传算法进行多目标参数优化,获得优化后的参数组合,并将通过遗传算法优化的结果与旋压试验的结果进行对比。结果表明,所提出的优化算法能够有效地改善强力旋压筒形件的尺寸精度。
Taking strong spinning bronze connecting rod bushing as the research object, an orthogonal experiment was designed and the influence of each parameter on the dimensional accuracy was analyzed. According to the results of the experimental analysis of the range, the rounding radius and feed ratio of the spinning wheel are selected as parameters to be optimized, and the difference of the wall thickness and the expanding diameter of the cylindrical part after spinning is selected as the evaluation index, and based on the genetic algorithm The target parameters are optimized to obtain the optimal combination of parameters, and the result of optimization by genetic algorithm is compared with that of the spinning test. The results show that the proposed optimization algorithm can effectively improve the dimensional accuracy of the power cylinder.
