目的:研究白及联菲C与大鼠的血浆蛋白结合率,比较大鼠和人血浆蛋白结合率的差异性。方法:采用平衡透析法模拟白及联菲C在体内与血浆蛋白的结合过程,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定低、中、高(2、5、10μg/m L)3个浓度白及联菲C的血浆蛋白结合率。结果:大鼠血浆中白及联菲C低、中、高3个浓度的蛋白结合率分别是(95.94±0.56)%、(96.51±1.05)%、(94.75±0.49)%;人血浆中3个浓度的蛋白结合率分别是(98.82±0.45)%、(97.98±0.86)%、(98.56±0.68)%。3个浓度之间的血浆蛋白结合率比较无显著性差异,大鼠与人血浆中蛋白结合率比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:白及联菲C是高蛋白结合型药物,与大鼠和人血浆蛋白的结合存在种属差异。
OBJECTIVE: To study the plasma protein binding rate between white and clove Philippine C and rats, and compare the difference of protein binding rate between rats and human.
