《幼儿园教师专业标准》中指出:幼儿园老师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训,具有良好的职业道德,掌握系统的专业知识和专业技能。幼儿园音乐教育不是音乐技能的训练,是为了让幼儿“浸泡”在音乐中,感受音乐的魅力,促进健康心理的形成,从而快乐地成长。这与著名音乐教育家奥尔夫的理念不谋而合,他认为,在音乐教育中,音乐只是手段,教育人、培养人才是目的。在幼儿园音乐 Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards states that kindergarten teachers are professionals who fulfill their duty of kindergarten education.
