芒硝,为含硫酸钠的天然矿物用热水溶解、过滤、放冷析出的结晶。结于上面细芒如锋者,称之为芒硝,沉于下面者,为朴硝。一般归入攻下类药,常用于阳明腑实证及水热结胸证。多年来,成都中医学院邹学熹教授用芒硝治疗流痰、湿疹、内痔、胆结石等证疗效甚佳,现择其大要,笔录如下。 1 治流痰流痰,包括现代医学的骨髓炎、骨结核之类疾患。以芒硝50g为主药,配入硼砂、白矾、朱砂、青盐各15g,研制成末,方名消痰换骨丹,一般连续服用3～6个月而愈。此用法是根据《本经》治“结固留癖”和《本草纲目》治“骨蒸热病”之
