由北京科技期刊编辑学会主办的北京地区科技期刊主编研讨会于1992年1月14日在北京召开,来自各个期刊编辑部的近100位主编或负责人出席了会议。 这次研讨会主题是:北京科技期刊的评比工作如何进行?研讨会开始,首先由高衡同志和陈浩元同志分别就天津方案和高校方案作了介绍,介绍了这两种方案的评比特点和效果。天津方案是一种全面评价期刊质量的代表性办法;高校方案则是一种侧重于编辑质量的代表性办法。
The Beijing area science and technology journal editor’s symposium, sponsored by Beijing Science and Technology Journal Editorial Association, was held in Beijing on January 14, 1992.
