在制备出具有可见光再生性能的纳米TiO2-活性炭复合材料后,本文根据吸附与光催化分解解耦的原则探讨研制结构简单、具有良好吸附性能、低压损的纳米活性炭空气净化装置。通过实验对净化网的阻力特性进行了探讨,提出了其在中央空调系统中的应用时的问题和解决方法,并根据实验、理论分析,推导出复合材料吸附饱和时间的概算公式,为此复合材料的实际应用提供了重要参考。
After preparing the nano-TiO2-activated carbon composite with visible light regeneration performance, this paper discusses the development of nano-activated carbon air purification device with simple structure, good adsorption performance and low pressure loss according to the decoupling principle of adsorption and photocatalytic decomposition. The characteristics of the resistance of the purifying net are discussed through experiments. The problems and solutions to the application of the purifying net in the central air-conditioning system are put forward. Based on the experimental and theoretical analysis, the formula for calculating the adsorption saturation time of the composite is deduced. The practical application of the material provides an important reference.
