本文通过水井液面变化,运用高低水位与水泵运行状态的逻辑运算关系,控制水泵下一步的运行状态。在实际工作中,水泵房还要根据各种运行参数(如涌水量大小、水泵状况等)、现场环境以及意外事故等,对水泵站进一步控制,或改变控制方法。在离心式水泵排水系统中,还要增加许多工作环节,这就使排水系统的工作方式更为复杂。现采用PLC作为控制器,用一体式液位传感器监测水位,结合相应的控制电路组成排水监控系统,用电动阀,电磁阀等作为执行件,完成对泵站系统的控制。
