高度发展的科技文明满足了现代人类物质生活的享受,人类对精神粮食的需求日益增长,社会各界尤其是高等院校正处于紧张的精神文明的创造和建设活动中。其中,关于高校图书馆的管理工作既是高校管理的重要组成模块之一,也是推动高校精神文明建设有序发展的决定性因素。本文主要分析了高校图书馆管理创新中人本管理思想的基本内涵,提出高校图书馆实施人本管理的相关建议,希望对奠定我国高校图书馆的发展有所助益。
The highly developed scientific and technological civilization has satisfied the enjoyment of the material life of the modern mankind. The human demand for spiritual food is growing day by day. All sectors of society, especially the institutions of higher learning, are in the process of creating and building nervous spiritual civilization. Among them, the management of university libraries is not only an important component of university management module, but also to promote the orderly development of spiritual civilization construction of the decisive factor. This paper mainly analyzes the basic connotation of the humanistic management thought in the management innovation of the university library, puts forward some suggestions about how to implement the humanistic management in the university library, hoping to help the development of our country’s university library.
