中医临床用药离不开中药炮制。中药饮片的炮制是经过反复实践不断改进而形成的一门应用技术。它是祖国医药学遗产的重要组成部分。所以,遵古炮制也是继承祖国医药学遗产,这一点是不容忽视的。然而,利用现代科学知识,改进炮制方法,保证临床用药安全有效是非常必要的。为了继承和发扬祖国医学遗产,笔者就目前中药饮片炮制存在的问题及其改革途径谈两点看法。
Traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine can not be separated from Chinese medicine. The concoction of Chinese Herbal Pieces is an applied technique that has been continuously improved through repeated practice. It is an important part of the medical heritage of the motherland. Therefore, it is not negligible to follow the ancient concoction system to inherit the legacy of the motherland’s medical science. However, it is very necessary to use modern scientific knowledge to improve the processing method to ensure the safe and effective clinical use of drugs. In order to inherit and carry forward the medical heritage of the motherland, the author discusses two problems with the problems existing in the preparation of Chinese herbal decoction pieces and their reform approaches.
