本文对小麦不同生育期根际线虫种群数量动态进行了研究,在小麦根际中,寄生线虫占线虫总数的54.4%,腐生线虫占36.69%。肉食性线虫占3.6%。矛线类线虫占5.28%。寄生线虫中共鉴定出七个属,其中以螺旋线虫属(Helicotvlenchus),短体线虫属(Pratylenchus)为最多,小麦根际线虫的水平分布,以近根处为最多,距根越远,线虫密度有所降低,垂直分布,以0~20cm深的耕作层内线虫密度最大,且寄生性线虫比例较高,腐生性线虫则以15~20cm上层内为最高,而捕食类线虫以20~30cm上层内比例最高,矛线类线虫多分布于30~40cm上层内,小麦生育期对根际线虫密度有影响,从灌浆到完熟,根际线虫密度趋向减少。
In this paper, the dynamic changes of rhizosphere nematode population at different growth stages of wheat were studied. Among the rhizosphere of wheat, the parasitic nematodes accounted for 54.4% of the total number of nematodes and the saprophytic nematodes accounted for 36.69%. Carnivorous nematodes accounted for 3.6%. Spear Nematode accounted for 5.28%. Among the parasitic nematodes, seven genera were identified, of which Helicotvlenchus and Pratylenchus were the most, the horizontal distribution of rhizosphere nematodes in wheat was the highest at the proximal root and the farther from the root, In the lower and vertical distributions, the density of nematodes was the highest in tillage layer with 0-20 cm depth, and the proportion of parasitic nematodes was high. The saprophytic nematodes were the highest in the upper layer of 15-20 cm, while the predatory nematodes were in the upper layer of 20-30 cm The highest proportion of Phaeophyceps nematodes were distributed in the upper layer of 30 ~ 40cm. The growth of wheat had effects on the density of rhizosphere nematode. From filling to ripening, the density of rhizosphere nematode tended to decrease.
