前文报导了绵羊纤娠早期(67~105天)切除胎羊甲状腺,复制出类似于克汀病的动物模型。本文把切甲时间推迟到胚胎111~124天。新生羔羊体格尤其是脑发育的各项指标,虽较妊娠早期切甲羔羊的程度轻,但仍呈显著落后状态。因此,胚胎111~124天仍为甲状激素对绵羊脑发育影响的临界期内。
The previous report reported the excision of fetal goat thyroid gland early in the early stage of sheep’s fibrosis (67-105 days) and the replication of an animal model similar to cretinism. This article postponed cutanella to embryos 111 to 124 days. Newborn lambs, especially the brain development of the indicators, although slightly lower than the first trimester lambs, but still showed a significant backward state. Thus, 111 to 124 days of embryo remained the critical period for the effects of thyroid hormones on sheep brain development.
