群众文化对于我国文化事业的发展起着十分关键的作用。互联网的全球普及、电子信息科学技术的广泛应用都使得人民的物质生活和精神需求得到了空前的提升。为此,无论是城市还是农村人口对精神文化的需求也较之前有了明显的进步。那么,在新的历史时期,如何积极有效地开展群众工作,以丰富群众的思想认识和提升其思想道德水平呢。笔者拟通过本文对该问题进行简单的探究。
Mass culture plays a very crucial role in the development of our country’s cultural undertakings. The worldwide popularization of the Internet and the extensive application of electronic information science and technology all have made the people’s material and spiritual needs unprecedentedly enhanced. For this reason, the spiritual and cultural needs of both urban and rural population have also made significant progress compared with the previous ones. Then, in the new historical period, how to carry out mass work actively and effectively to enrich the masses’ thinking and enhance their ideological and moral standards? I intend to pass this article a simple exploration of the issue.
