在21世纪信息经济发展的时代,对员工的培训是企业持续创新的源泉,人力资本与员工是不可分离的,这就导致企业培训的收益回收存在着很大的风险,怎样防范此风险已成为困扰企业管理者的难题。因此,研究怎样防范员工培训风险有着重要的现实意义。文章基于心理契约视角使用不同方法,对企业员工培训风险的影响机制进行分析总结,最后基于培训的心理契约特点提出了一些防范的建议。
In the era of information economy development in the 21st century, the training of staff is the source of continuous innovation of enterprises. Human capital and staff are inseparable, which leads to the great risk of recovery of corporate training income. How to prevent this risk has become Troubled business managers of the problem. Therefore, studying how to prevent employee training risk has important practical significance. Based on the perspective of psychological contract, the article analyzes and summarizes the impact mechanism of employee training risk by using different methods. Finally, some preventive suggestions are put forward based on the characteristics of psychological contract of training.
