以煤岩界面识别相关研究为基础,设计了一种基于MCS-80C196单片机的采煤机掘煤滚筒调高控制系统,介绍了系统的工作原理、设计方案及软硬件组成。实测表明:系统设计合理,工作稳定,精度高。此研究可对采煤机的自动化控制研究提供有价值的参考。
Based on the research of interface recognition of coal and rock, a control system of coal drum lifting control based on MCS-80C196 is designed. The working principle, design scheme and hardware and software composition of the system are introduced. The results show that: the system design is reasonable, stable, high precision. This research can provide a valuable reference for the research of automatic control of shearer.
