目前,造纸厂在生产过程中会产生质量不合格的废纸,并且在生产的过程中需要对纸张进行裁剪,这样在裁剪后也会产生一些没用的废纸。在此,提供一种回料装置,结构合理,使用方便,不仅能够回收利用普通废纸,还能够回收含有有机物的合成纸,降低了生产成本,节约了资源,保护了环境。如图1(左)所示,回料装置包括回收池,回收池的一侧设有筒形转架,转架的外表面上设有一组用于搅散纸浆并且输送纸浆的叶片。使用时,将生产出来的废纸放置在有水的回收池内,工作人员通过搅具将废纸搅成纸浆,转动转架,叶片随之转动将纸浆搅散,并且输送到需要的设备上。

When in use, the produced waste paper is placed in a water recovery tank, and staff stir the waste paper into pulp by rotating the turret. The blades rotate to disperse the pulp and deliver the paper to the needed equipment.
