教学过程是师生双边的活动,教师的教与学生的学只有相互适应,才能取得好的教学效果。在教学过程中所采用的方法,从教师的角度讲是教的方法,从学生的角度讲是学的方法。学习与教学互动且不可分割,学习方式与教学方式之间也是共存且互动的关系。研究表明,教学方式与学习方式相匹配有利于促进学生的学习。所以,教学效果的取得,需要教师理性地了解学生出现的问题以及这些问题的成因,以方便于找出对策,更好地进行教学。
Teaching process is the bilateral activities of teachers and students, teacher teaching and student learning can only adapt to each other in order to achieve good teaching results. The method used in the teaching process, from the teacher’s point of view is to teach methods, from a student’s point of view is a method of learning. The interaction between learning and teaching is indivisible and the relationship between learning and teaching is coexistence and interaction. Research shows that the matching of teaching methods and learning methods helps to promote students’ learning. Therefore, the acquisition of teaching effects, teachers need to rationally understand the problems students and the causes of these problems in order to facilitate the identification of strategies to better teaching.
