目的调查新疆伊犁州奎屯医院出院病历的中药注射剂不合理用药情况。方法采用回顾性调查方法随机抽查该院2008年1～6月出院病历,对不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果出院病历为1913份,占总数的30.8%。不合理用药情况分别表现在超适应症用药、重复用药、配伍不当、超剂量用药、禁忌症用药、溶媒的选择不正确等方面。结论应减少中药注射剂的不合理使用,降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Kuitun Hospital of Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to randomly select the medical records of patients discharged from hospital from January to June in 2008 and make statistical analysis on the irrational use of drugs. Results 1913 medical records were discharged, accounting for 30.8% of the total. Irrational drug use were manifested in the use of hyper-indications, repeated medication, improper compatibility, overdose, contraindications medication, the choice of media is not correct and so on. Conclusions Should reduce the unreasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine injections, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
