散打体育训练的一种重要运动形式,具有竞技性、对抗性的多重特征,散打运动员需要在日常训练之中保有较强的身体素质、技能能力,还需要具备过硬的心理素质,以此来应对散打比赛中的各种突发状况,由于散打比赛项目的竞技性特点,不少运动员在比赛或者日常训练过程中极易发生运动损伤的情况,因此,加强对散打运动员运动损伤的有效预防则显得至关重要。基于此,本文以散打训练中运动损伤的成因为主要出发点,重点探讨散打训练中运动损伤的预防策略。
