让经过训练的大鼠在电动动物跑台上以不同速度运动后,取尾干血测血乳酸浓度,取腓肠肌经液氮固定及提取后测肌乳酸含量。结果发现,不同速度运动后肌乳酸和血乳酸浓度表现为相似的变化趋势,运动时肌乳酸和血乳酸都存在一个阈值,但肌乳酸阈的出现先于血乳酸阈的出现,它们之间存在着一个先后出现的关系。研究提示在以发展有氧代谢能力为目的的乳酸阈强度训练中,单独依靠血乳酸指标并不是十分可靠的。
The trained rats were run at different speeds on the treadmill and the blood was collected to measure the blood lactate concentration. The gastrocnemius muscle was fixed with liquid nitrogen and the content of muscle lactate was measured.
