用微电极技术记录离体豚鼠心室肌动作电位,同步记录其表面电图。以表面电图T波的起点作为动作电位2相终点的标志,对动作电位2相与其复极百分时程(APDx)之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,无论在生理或高钾、高钙和低钾、低钙等条件下,2相时程约相当于APD_(35)。我们认为以APD_(35)作为2相时程的指标较为准确。
Microelectrode technique was used to record the action potentials of isolated guinea pig ventricular muscles and the surface electrograms were recorded simultaneously. The correlation between the action potential 2 phase and its APDx was analyzed by using the starting point of the T wave of the surface electrogram as the sign of the 2 - phase end of the action potential. The results showed that the two-phase duration was approximately equivalent to APD_ (35) in physiological or high potassium, high calcium and low potassium, low calcium and other conditions. We think APD_ (35) is more accurate as the indicator of 2-phase time-history.
