文章对卷丹生长发育进行了动态观测调查,测定其苗高、地径、叶、秆等生物量指标,用logistic曲线方程拟合苗高、地径、各构件生物量生长累积过程,并对logistic方程求导得出卷丹各构件生长发育的关键时间节点,划分生长阶段,结果与实际观测值吻合,揭示了卷丹生长特性随时间序列变化的趋势。研究表明:卷丹地上部分和地下部分的速生期分别为5月6日到5月31日和4月28日到8月23日,其中5月6日到5月31日为地上部分快速生长逐步转化为地下部分快速生长的转换期,转换时间点约在5月30日左右;卷丹根系在整个生长发育期内变化幅度最小,在观察时期内保持在8.29%~11.9%之间,是保持植株正常生长发育最关键构件;根据地下部分生长周期认为卷丹的合理采收期应该在8月22日之后。文章对卷丹生长发育周期的模型量化研究对农业生产有较大帮助。
