目的了解绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构消毒工作现状,为提高消毒质量和加强监督提供依据。方法根据GB 15982—2012《医院消毒卫生标准》、《消毒技术规范》,对监管区域内社会医疗机构的室内空气、工作台面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、医疗用品等项目进行采样检测。结果 2014年-2016年,绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构共采集样品467份,总合格率为85.65%。室内空气、工作台面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、医疗用品合格率分别为79.52%、88.75%、84.21%、100.00%、100.00%,5类监测对象消毒质量监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.94,P<0.01)。口腔诊所、美容诊所、中医诊所和常规诊所的合格率分别为86.01%、92.73%、82.14%和84.86%,4类不同诊所消毒质量监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.19,P>0.05)。结论 2014年-2016年绍兴市越城区社会医疗机构消毒室内空气合格率最低,特别是2016年;中医诊所消毒质量低于其他性质的社会医疗机构,需加强监督与管理。 Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection in social medical institutions in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City, and to provide basis for improving disinfection quality and supervision. Methods According to GB 15982-2012 “Standard for Disinfection and Hygiene of Hospital” and “Technical Specifications for Disinfection”, the samples of indoor air, countertops, medical staff, disinfectant and medical supplies in use in social medical institutions within the regulatory area were sampled and tested. Results From 2014 to 2016, 467 samples were collected from social medical institutions in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City, with a total pass rate of 85.65%. The passing rates of indoor air, countertops, medical staff, disinfectant in use and medical supplies were 79.52%, 88.75%, 84.21%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively. There were significant differences in the qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring among the five monitoring objects (χ ~ 2 = 20.94, P <0.01). The pass rates of dental clinics, beauty clinics, TCM clinics and routine clinics were 86.01%, 92.73%, 82.14% and 84.86% respectively. There was no significant difference in the qualification rate of disinfection quality among the four clinics (χ ~ 2 = 3.19, P > 0.05). Conclusion From 2014 to 2016, the qualified rate of indoor air disinfection in social medical institutions in Shaoxing Yuecheng District was the lowest, especially in 2016; the social medical institutions with lower disinfection quality in Chinese medicine clinics should strengthen supervision and management.
