煤矿机械在井下工作,其工况环境恶劣,对产品质量要求较高。以液压支架柱帽为例,利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对柱帽的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,从而避免了实际浇铸过程中形成的缩孔缩松等质量缺陷。利用计算机模拟技术,提高了产品质量,缩短了生产周期,取得了良好的经济效益。
