公信是克服人类社会风险的一种有效工具。公众人物由于社会公众的普遍信任而成为社会公信的一个符号,作为公众人物的名人在进行广告代言时,能够在很大程度上克服公众因产品信息不足而引起的怀疑,使公众产生普遍的信任。故必须对我国公众人物的广告代言进行有效规制,这既需要在立法层面完善广告法的规定,更需要从司法层面完善相关的裁判制度。
Credibility is an effective tool to overcome human social risks. Public figures have become the symbol of social credibility because of the universal trust of the public. As celebrities of public figures, they can largely overcome the public’s suspicion caused by the lack of product information and make the public have general trust. . Therefore, it is necessary to effectively regulate the advertisement endorsements of public figures in our country. This not only requires the improvement of the provisions of the advertising law at the legislative level, but also the improvement of the relevant adjudication system from the judicial level.
