采用水蒸气蒸馏法对樟科植物黑壳楠叶片进行精油提取,并对其挥发性成分进行气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分离鉴定与应用分析.结果表明:在重庆黑壳楠叶片中分离鉴定出挥发性成分87种,占精油总量的95.6%,以烃类(37%)、醇类(34.74%)化合物为主.前10种挥发性成分分别为:植物醇(14.3%)、棕榈酸(6.09%)、右旋柠檬烯(4.67%)、2H-Pyran,2-(2-heptadecynyloxy)tetrahydro-(4.65%)、古巴烯(4.3%)、荜茄醇(4.23%)、氧化石竹烯(4.11%)、反式-橙花叔醇(3.32%)、β-榄香烯(3.24%)、乙酸龙脑酯(2.62%),其中植物醇、棕榈酸、右旋柠檬烯等有较大开发利用价值.
The essential oil was extracted from the leaves of Lauraceae by steam distillation, and its volatile components were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The results showed that: 87 kinds of volatile components were isolated and identified in the leaves, accounting for 95.6% of the total amount of essential oils, which were mainly composed of hydrocarbons (37%) and alcohols (34.74%). The first 10 volatile components were phytol (4.67%), palmitic acid (6.09%), d-limonene (4.67%), 2H- Pyran, 2- (2-heptadecynyloxy) tetrahydro- (4.11%), trans-nerolidol (3.32%), β-elemene (3.24%) and borneol acetate (2.62%), of which phytol, palmitic acid and d-limonene Have greater development and utilization value.
