从水稻种子表面分离获得270个细菌分离物,其中92个菌株对水稻恶苗病病原菌具有拮抗作用。用拮抗菌P-91和B-916处理水稻种子,秧苗株高比对照有明显的增高。通过杀菌剂和拮抗细菌对水稻恶苗病防治作用结果的比较,表明施保克、浸种灵和B-916对恶苗病有较好的防效;菌虫清不仅防效差,而且对水稻种子表面的拮抗细菌有破坏作用。
A total of 270 bacterial isolates were isolated from the surface of rice seeds, of which 92 strains were antagonistic to pathogenic fungi of rice. With antagonistic bacteria P-91 and B-916 treatment of rice seeds, plant height was significantly higher than the control. Comparison of the results of fungicide and antagonistic bacterium on the prevention and control of rice Bakanae showed that Schistosoma japonicum, Balsam Seed and B-916 had better control effect against Bakanae disease. Antagonistic bacteria on the seed surface have a damaging effect.
