情报调研活动比较研究薄弱的原因与其它任何一种科学技术活动一样,科技情报工作也需要进行国际交流,也需要借鉴参考国外先进经验。近几年来,这些交流和借鉴在科技情报工作的许多环节如文献管理、情报检索、用户研究等,正在逐步发展。然而相比之下,情报调研这一环节,这方面的活动却显得非常薄弱,主要原因不外乎以下几个方面:(1)我国科技情报界至今对国内外情报调研的认识存在着很大的分歧。有不少人,甚至包括一些长期从事情报调研的同志,都认为国外根本没有同类的情报工作,这项工作虽然很重要,但毕竟是中国式的
