由于化学疗法的进步和中枢神经系统白血病的预防,白血病长期生存者不断增加。但是男孩患白血病后,平均生存时间明显低于女孩。其重要原因之一,是男孩易伴发睾丸白血病,它是白血病髓外复发的重要病灶,其中约70%早期复发为骨髓性白血病。睾丸白血病多数预后极差,发生白血病后,平均生存时间只有21个月。所以,进一步认识、睾丸白血病,是延长白血病长期生存的关键之一。
Due to advances in chemotherapy and the prevention of central nervous system leukemia, the long-term survival of leukemia continues to increase. However, boys suffering from leukemia, the average survival time was significantly lower than girls. One of the important reasons is that boys are easily associated with testicular leukemia. It is an important lesion of leukemia recurring extramedullary disease. About 70% of them are early-stage myeloid leukemia. Least many testicular leukemia prognosis, the occurrence of leukemia, the average survival time of only 21 months. Therefore, further understanding, testicular leukemia, is one of the key to prolong the long-term survival of leukemia.
