本文介绍了采用正交试验方法研究稀土复合孕育剂在高强度灰铸铁中的应用。对八种加入含有不同量的硅、稀土、钙的孕育剂处理的铸铁进行了研究。对化学成分、硅碳比、抗孕育衰退等不同因素进行了一系列试验研究。对铸铁的金相组织、石墨形态、白口倾向,共晶团数量、抗拉强度和硬度、耐磨性等进行了分析比较。试验结果表明用含有6—8%稀土元素(约含有50%Ce)、8%Ca和50~60%S的稀土复合孕育剂处理后能获得高强度灰铸铁。与通常用75硅铁孕育剂比较,稀土复合孕育剂具有以下优点①孕育剂加入量可以减少②铸铁化学成份控制范围较宽③抗孕育衰能力得到改善④提高了耐磨性⑤能细化晶粒和改善机械性能⑥操作简单、价格低廉。本文还对稀土作用机理作了初步的探讨。
This article describes the use of orthogonal test method of rare earth composite inoculant in high-strength gray cast iron application. Eight kinds of cast iron treated with inoculant containing different amounts of silicon, rare earth and calcium were studied. A series of experimental studies have been carried out on different factors such as chemical composition, silicon-carbon ratio and anti-infestation. The cast iron microstructure, graphite morphology, white tendency, the number of eutectic, tensile strength and hardness, wear resistance were analyzed and compared. The test results show that high-strength gray cast iron can be obtained after treatment with a rare-earth complex inoculant containing 6-8% of rare earth elements (containing about 50% of Ce), 8% of Ca and 50-60% of S. Compared with the commonly used 75 ferrosilicon inoculant, rare earth compound inoculant has the following advantages ① inoculant dosage can be reduced ② cast iron chemical composition of a wide range of control ③ anti-pregnancy failure ability to improve ④ improve the wear resistance ⑤ can refine the crystal Grain and improve mechanical properties ⑥ simple operation, low prices. In this paper, the mechanism of rare earth made a preliminary discussion.
