人类社会进入21世纪以来,在医疗技术快速发展的同时也引发了一系列负面效应:医疗服务技术至上、医患关系信任危机、医疗行业拜金主义,特别是近几年由于医疗机构中人文精神的缺失,使医患关系处于不甚和谐的状态。因此,在医院文化建设中加强医学人文教育刻不容缓。针对当前医疗行业存在的问题,阐述了在医院文化建设中加强人文教育的重要性。
Since the 21st century, human society has triggered a series of negative effects along with the rapid development of medical technology: the technology of medical service is supreme, the crisis of trust between doctors and patients and the money-worship of medical industry, especially in recent years due to the humanistic spirit in medical institutions Missing, the relationship between doctors and patients in a less harmonious state. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen medical humanistic education in the hospital culture construction. In view of the existing problems in the medical industry, this article expounds the importance of strengthening humanistic education in the construction of hospital culture.
