研发人员是企业核心竞争力的来源,是影响新兴技术企业研发项目成功与否的关键因素,因此,新兴技术企业对于研发人员的人力资源管理显得尤为重要。而在人力资源管理体系中,绩效管理又占据着核心的地位。建立一套科学有效的绩效评价体系,对于提升研发人员工作积极性具有重要作用。本文利用层次分析法来构建新兴技术企业研发人员绩效评价体系,以期通过建立一个较为科学的绩效评价体系推动研发人员积极性作出有益探索。
R & D personnel is the source of the core competence of enterprises and the key factor that affects the success of R & D projects in emerging technology enterprises. Therefore, emerging technology enterprises are particularly important for R & D personnel human resource management. In the human resources management system, performance management and occupy the core position. Establishing a set of scientific and effective performance appraisal system plays an important role in enhancing the enthusiasm of R & D staff. In this paper, AHP is used to build the performance evaluation system of R & D personnel in emerging technology enterprises in order to make useful exploration to promote the enthusiasm of R & D personnel by establishing a more scientific performance evaluation system.
