以不同剂量的纳米ZnO和4%SBS与原样沥青制备改性沥青,通过常规试验方法获得宏观性能指标,利用荧光显微镜、图像采集系统以及专业分析软件取得改性沥青的微观结构数据,最后运用Matlab建立了纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青微观结构与宏观性能的关系。结果表明:微观结构参数与改性剂剂量以及宏观性能指标具有较好的相关关系,可以通过微观结构参数分析得出对应的宏观性能指标。
Preparation of modified asphalt with different dosage of nano-ZnO and 4% SBS and as-is asphalt, macroscopic performance index was obtained by routine test method, microstructure data of modified asphalt were obtained by using fluorescence microscope, image acquisition system and professional analysis software. Finally, Matlab The relationship between the microstructure and macroscopic properties of nano-ZnO / SBS modified asphalt was established. The results show that there is a good correlation between microstructural parameters and dosages of modifiers and macroscopic performance indexes, and corresponding macroscopic performance indexes can be obtained through analysis of microstructure parameters.
