初中每周五节课,高中每周四节课,不仅要上部编教材,而且要把主要精力放在自编教材上,教学计划能够完成,并且有一定的效果。为什么?这是因为,我们采取了“一次多篇教学法”的缘故。着眼于学生主动、自觉地学,这是段力佩校长领导我们进行教学改革的思想基础。在这个思想指导下,我们对部编教材采用一次多篇的教学方法,仅用了三分之一稍多一些的时间,完成了大多数学校一学期的教学计划。一次多篇,顾名思义就是在一次上课时间内教授多篇同类型的课文。这种教学法, Middle school five lessons per week, high school four lessons per week, not only to compile the upper part, but also to focus on their own textbooks, teaching plans to complete, and have some effect.
