研究了4种褐铁矿的烧结性能。结果表明:烧结的适宜焦粉配比随着褐铁矿结晶水含量的升高而升高,当结晶水高时,要获得适宜的烧结矿质量,需要增加焦粉配比;在相同配碳量及相当烧结速度的水分条件下,矿种结晶水含量越高,烧结矿转鼓强度越低。利用铁矿石成矿及成矿过程液相渗透行为实验研究了影响烧结矿转鼓强度的原因。结果表明:结晶水脱除后铁矿石出现很多孔洞,烧结过程液相会渗透到孔洞中,孔洞数量多则渗透到孔洞中的液相增多,用于粘结作用的液相则减少了,这是烧结矿转鼓强度低的一个重要原因。
The sintering properties of four kinds of limonite were studied. The results show that the suitable ratio of coke to agglomerate increases with the crystal water content of limonite. When the crystal water is high, it is necessary to increase the coke ratio in order to get suitable sinter quality. Volume and considerable sintering speed of moisture conditions, the higher the crystal water content of mineral, the lower the strength of the sinter drum. The reasons that affect the strength of sinter drum are studied by using the experiment of liquid phase infiltration of iron ore mineralization and mineralization process. The results show that there are many holes in the iron ore after the crystal water is removed, the liquid phase of the sintering process will penetrate into the hole, the number of holes increases and the liquid phase infiltrated into the hole increases, while the liquid phase used for bonding decreases, This is an important reason for the low strength of sinter drums.
