目的比较米索联合笑气与单用笑气用于无痛人工流产术中的临床效果。方法选择河北省藁城市人民医院门诊2006-03-2008-03自愿人工流产的妇女200例,根据患者自愿分为两组,笑气组与米索联合笑气组各100例,比较两组患者镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、出血量及人流综合征发病率。结果米索联合笑气组镇痛效果满意,并发症发生率低,镇痛效果优于笑气组。结论米索联合笑气用于无痛人流镇痛效果满意,并发症少。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide and nitrous oxide alone for painless artificial abortion. Methods Choosing Chengbei People’s Hospital Clinic 2006-03-2008-03 Voluntary induced abortion in 200 women was divided into two groups according to the patients’ Analgesic effect, cervical relaxation, bleeding and the incidence of flow syndrome. Results Misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide group analgesic effect was satisfactory, the incidence of complications is low, analgesic effect is superior to nitrous oxide group. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with nitrous oxide is satisfactory for analgesic painless and has fewer complications.
