我国房屋建筑的安全问题在得到大大解决的同时,仍然会有一些常见的一些质量通病存在,这些质量问题很大程度上影响了人们的居住心情,久而久之,也会威胁人民的居住安全。本文在分析我国房屋建筑常见的质量问题的基础上,讨论这些质量问题出现的原因,并提出了相关的预防措施和解决对策,以期为我国的房地产业的健康、可持续发展提供一些理论上的指导和借鉴。
At the same time that the safety problems of China’s housing construction are greatly solved, some common common problems of quality will still exist.
