目的研究分析药物治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法对70例2型糖尿病患者加强用药干预,分析用药干预6个月后,糖尿病患者药物治疗的有效性和安全性。结果 70例糖尿病患者在接受药物治疗后,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血清蛋白均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5例患者在治疗过程中出现了低血糖现象,不良反应发生率为7.14%。结论给予糖尿病患者科学有效的药物治疗,可以提高2型糖尿病患者用药的安全性和有效性,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of drug treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 70 cases of type 2 diabetes patients to strengthen medication intervention, analysis of drug intervention after 6 months, the efficacy and safety of drug treatment in diabetic patients. Results 70 cases of diabetic patients after receiving drug treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Five patients experienced hypoglycemia during the course of treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14%. Conclusions The scientific and effective drug treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the safety and effectiveness of medication for patients with type 2 diabetes and has high clinical value.
