本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等对乒乓球专修学生的体能训练进行了较深入的研究,指出可以通过科学、有效的身体训练方法来提高运动员的力量、速度、耐力等专项体能,提高运动成绩。
In this paper, the physical training of table tennis major students is studied deeply by the means of documentation, logic analysis and expert interviews. The author points out that the athletes’ strength, speed and endurance can be improved through scientific and effective physical training methods Physical fitness, improve athletic performance.
