本刊2003年末第六期刊登的张江一同志《新从那里来》一文,提出了研究职工新品质的课题。据此,本刊发出石油企业职工新品质故事征文启事。现在刊发的是职工新品质故事第一辑。 中国石油经过20年的改革开放,特别是经过5年多的重组改制,究竟在生产方式、经营方式、管理方式上发生了哪些重大的变化,这些新的实践,对石油企业职工的思想感情、观念情操、工作作风、生活态度产生了怎样的影响?这些,无疑是我们思想政治工作者应该研究的课题。 这里刊发的7个小故事,各从一个侧面回答了上述问题。
The article published at the end of 2003 in the sixth issue of Comrade Zhang Jiangyi “from there to come,” a text, proposed the issue of new quality of workers.
