目的了解城区蚊虫抗药性情况,科学指导蚊类控制。方法淡色库蚊抗性测定采用浸泡法。结果洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对敌敌畏和溴氰菊酯产生了抗药性,抗性系数分别为10.48和15.26。结论洛阳市蚊虫控制应采用综合防制的原则,注重环境防制、规范合理施药,既可以延缓抗药性,又能够达到控制目的。
Objective To understand the resistance of mosquitoes in urban areas and to guide mosquito control scientifically. Methods The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens was determined by immersion method. Results Culex pipiens pallens were resistant to dichlorvos and deltamethrin in urban area of Luoyang, with resistance coefficients of 10.48 and 15.26, respectively. Conclusion Mosquito control in Luoyang City should adopt the principle of comprehensive prevention and control, pay attention to environmental control and regulate the reasonable application of pesticides, which can not only delay the resistance but also achieve the purpose of control.
