从1977年以后,我厂两座620m~3高炉在原料条件逐步改善的基础上,为提高煤气利用分别试验了大批重同装和大批重分装。前者矿批从8~10t逐步增大到18~20t,炉顶煤气CO_2由9~12%提高到13~14%,后者矿批进一步扩大到30t以上,煤气CO_2又提高到14~16%。对焦比大幅度下降,都起了重要作用。1980年以后,摸索和应用大小批重配合布料,近年来进一步发展和完善了这一布料方法,使炉顶煤气CO_2平均提高到16%以上,焦比降低到630kg/t左右的新水平。
From 1977 onwards, two 620 m ~ 3 blast furnaces of our plant were tested on the basis of gradual improvement of raw material conditions, with a large number of heavy equipment and heavy equipment re-installed to improve gas utilization. The former batch of ore gradually increased from 8 to 10t to 18 to 20t, and the top gas CO_2 increased from 9 to 12% to 13 to 14%.
