基础原材料是现代高新技术产业的基础、先导和重要组成部分,其发展关系到国民经济、社会发展和国家安全。随着我国经济形势的变革,基础原材料的科技发展成为不容忽视的问题。本文综合报道了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年》颁布以来,我国基础原材料技术的政策部署、技术进展与成效,以及领域专家在新形势下发展基础原材料技术的对策建议。 Basic raw materials are the foundation, precursor and important component of modern high-tech industries. Their development has a bearing on the national economy, social development and national security. As China’s economic situation changes, the development of science and technology of basic raw materials has become a problem that can not be ignored. This article comprehensively reports the policy proposals, technical progress and achievements of China’s basic raw material technology since the promulgation of the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020) and the countermeasures and suggestions of experts in the field of developing basic raw materials under the new situation .
