三叉神经微血管减压术后听力缺失,文献中常有报道.本文作者对21例病人手术前后进行了听力检测,旨在探讨听力损害原因,并提供预防的技术方法.1986年1月～1987年3月,140例三叉神经痛患者,采用Jannetta微血管减压术.21例术前及术后1周内进行各项听力检测.结果5例(23.8%)术后有听力损害.3例(14.3%)术侧见有中耳渗出.语言理解能力减少20%,音调衰减15～20dB.在有中耳渗出的13例病
