SLD(Super Luminescent Diode超辐射发光二极管)作为光纤陀螺仪的关键器件,其稳定性影响着陀螺仪的可靠性和精度。为满足SLD测试而开发了一套多通道温控驱动测试系统,以提高效率。测试系统由激光器驱动单元、温度控制单元、温度测试单元和光功率测试单元组成。带反馈的可调电流源确保输出电流恒定,输出光功率动态可调。温控芯片对激光器进行恒温控制,消除环境温度以及自身温度变化所带来的影响。结合系统软件,可同时测试20个器件,测试数据可储存和打印。
SLD (Super Luminescent Diode) as a key component of fiber optic gyroscope, its stability affects the reliability and accuracy of the gyroscope. Developed a multi-channel temperature-controlled drive test system to meet SLD testing for increased efficiency. The test system consists of laser drive unit, temperature control unit, temperature test unit and optical power test unit. Adjustable current source with feedback to ensure a constant output current, the output optical power dynamically adjustable. Thermostat chip temperature control of the laser to eliminate the impact of ambient temperature and its own temperature changes. With the system software, 20 devices can be tested simultaneously, test data can be stored and printed.
